Accident happened in Quebec. 2 passengers and one other injurred. 220 passengers sent on by bus. It may be implied that there was serious damage to equipment ? At the rate of accidents occurring lately there may be a shortage of locos until the new ACS-125s are delivered ? That will be the direct result of some persons who think only enough equipment for regular trips is enough ?
