Amtrak fire in Newark
Posted by blue streak 1 on Sunday, August 18, 2013 3:53 PM

According to this report a fire occurred in Newark.  They mentioned that it was a Virginia train.  Time marks it at 12:20  which may make it # 157 to Norfolk.  There is one very confusing item in the article.  It says that the train was empty waiting for  ~~ 297 passengers.  That sounds like the train was in NYP ? ? .  #157 originates NYP on Sundays.
