My local NY Trailways agent has told me and I confirmed that there is no more 15 and 30 day passes anymore. From what I have been told is that commuters were abusing the passes for short runs. This sucks because I cant get a train and a bus pass for exploring those in between towns that dont have train service.

The Greyhound website indicates passes are still available.  Here is the link:

From Greyhound's website today: http://www.greyhound.com/en/dealsanddiscounts/default.aspx  Perhaps I am misreading the Deals and Discounts that are available, but I see nothing about passes.

A hassle for some people to be sure.  In my case I haven't ridden a long distance bus since my Marine Corps days and don't plan on doing so again.  Not that I'm unsympathetic to those who need the service.

Interesting, Johnny.  I see my link actually says "2001."  I didn't notice that when I put it up.  But the linked page itself was copyrighted in 2013 which is this year.  So it seems a little confused.
