It is a wonder whether the PRR CAT will survive until the CAT is replaced by constant tension cat.

Can't they just give the engineer a ladder and insulated pliers so he could climb up and twist the wires back together?

Once again the old PRR CAT has failed between WASH - BAL.   All MARC was cancelled this morning. It is a wonder whether the PRR CAT will survive until the CAT is replaced by constant tension cat.
