Julie is a great tool; but not always correct or automatically updated. Where I live on the Boston Line, Julie appears to simply add ten minutes when the train dies not arrive on time at our local station; but left the last one on time. At other times she is very accurate.
Another problem area for Julie is predicting an on time arrival for 448 in Pittsfield, MA when 449 just left the station heading west on single track all the way to Chatum, NY which generally means an hour delay for 448 - a concept Julie needs to work on.
