Amtrak is going to replace 20 miles of transmission line from Zoo - Paoli that follows old Trenton cut off to Amtrak's present ROW.  This is probably a in conjunction with the replacement of the Atglen line now being completed ?

I wonder why they are taking the longer route, rather than following the existing Amtrak route?  Also when you talk about the "Atglen line" I presume this is just another power line replacement, rather than re-installing rail on that line?
