Across from the downtown station, there are privately run lots that charge $6 per day.

EDIT: You're taking the Empire Builder, which only stops at the downtown station.
Is there long term (couple weeks) parking at or around the Milwaukee Amtrak Station? I ride the Empire Builder from Cleveland, Ohio (Capital from Cleveland) and am tired of the late hours out of Cleveland.
