The Cal Z departing CHI Jul 18 had a 4 hour delay due to a loco failure near Lincol, Ne. Train could not move until another loco coupled up (BNSF?). Train did not loose HEP.
The Coast Starlight departing LAX Jul 18 had an apparent loco failure into Santa Barbara? Lost 3 hours.
