My wife and I stayed in Chicago December 30th and 31st at the Merchandise Mart Holiday Inn. I had a cat bird seat in my window overlooking the old Milwaukee Road tracks coming out of Union Station and the Chicago Northwestern tracks passing over head coming from the Ogilvie Transportation Center. Several times during our stay I saw as many as six trains moving at the same time!!! Room number 1939.
