Amtrak and BNSF will handle the train of approximately twenty private cars which will assemble and  depart Albuquerque on 9-17. Via Raton to Trinidad they will go to Walsenburg, CO Then with SL&GR assistance they will go over La Veta Pass in two sections to Alamosa, and return to Walsenburg. From there they go to Pueblo, CO where they will be parked for the two day convention at a local hotel.

On 9-23 they depart for Amarillo via La Junta, Las Animas JCt. and Boise City, OK. After tieing-up overnight in the BNSF yard they will depart over the Transcon via Clovis and Belen to Albuquerque where they will disband and each car will proceed home on Amtrak.
