If you're referring to Rochelle IL, it does not. If you're referring to NEW Rochelle NY, it does but only Northeast Direct trains stop there; Acela Expresses bypass this station.

if talking Rochelle IL normally it doesnt but sometimes they do detour through there if theres a derailment or something the California zephyr would be on UP if they needed to be detoured and the Empire Builder would be on the BNSF if it needed to be detoured
