I'm trying to model the UP passenger train"Snow Ball Express" that ran from  L.A. Calf,  to  Sun Vally, Idaho  in the late 60's and early70's till Amtrak take over.

They ran at the time "Smooth side" cars and E8/9's A/B units, I have video from  Hank Griffith collection showing close to the last of the runs's, my paint of the exterior I have..

But interior paint and colors, I don't have a clue!Confused [%-)] HELP!

Thank You for reading this, and hope to hear from you ,if you have info to pass onSmile [:)]

Take Care,

  Russ

The renovated sleepers had walnut wood veneer wall paneling in just about all the rooms I remember using, and some used this in the aisles as well.   Others I think had a sort of light bluesh grey paint in the aisles, with dark bluesh grey carpet.   The walnut finish was matched by light and dark patterend brown carpet, if memory is correct.   Memory of the coaches is fuzzier, but I think I remember a sort of cream color with stainless luggage rack frames overhead and brown seat upholstery.
