Dear Valued MTA Customer,

This is a reminder that there is still time to take part in the MTA’s Spring 2022 MTA Customers
Count Survey! The survey will help us improve service. Even if you are not currently riding with
the MTA, we value your responses. You can rate your satisfaction with one or more of the MTA
services you use. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete for one service
(Subway and Staten Island Railway, Local Bus, Express Bus, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North
Railroad, Access-A-Ride). If you choose to rate another service, it will take longer.

If you would like to be entered into the drawing to win one of ten $100 gift cards, please
provide your contact information after finishing the survey. You will be entered once for
every service you rate, and you can rate up to three services!

The survey will close Friday, June 24th, so please take the time now and complete this
important survey. Your opinion matters to us!

Please take the survey by clicking on your unique link below.
