Wow. I wonder if Jamaica can match that. Never ever expect Amtrak to sync that close.

Jamaca (LIRR) had 3 way meets.  The high level platforms made it easy to walk thru the vestibules of the middle train to transfer between the outer trains on either side of it.

That's positively sloppy compared to many days on the 1-2-3 and 4-5-6 ex-IRT lines in Manhattan.  It was not uncommon for a 1 and either a 2 or 3 to be within no more that a couple of seconds of stopping at 42nd, 72nd, or 96th in either direction during the years I was going from 70th and Lex to Columbia at 116th by way of the 42nd St. Shuttle.
