One not too swift human and her equally intelligent co-conspirators WERE the problem. Thank your Diety of choice that they used crickets, not bumblebees or wasps...
So she wants attention. I'd say she should be the center of attention of the authorities that have jurisdiction over activities that disrupt public transportation. Under a law passed in Japan half a century ago, if someone did something that delayed a train, every person who suffered loss or inconvenience as a result could sue that person for damages. Too bad that doesn't apply here.
