Most interesting.  It looks like a dry-land method similar to the replacement of South Shore's Calumet River bridge in the early 1960's and N&W's ex-NKP Calumet River bridge (a vertical lift span) in 1969.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

Finished weekend of Aug 31 .  Just some stills but link inside to earlier roll in that predates the south shore bridge.
