From what I understand, most of the damage from Sandy came from the storm surge as opposed to the wind or rains. Andrea looks to be a good rainmaker, but unlikely to have any significant storm surge.

TS Andrea preparations ?

After asking this question about "Sandy" a question about this one is problemmatic.  Have not had time to search but if posters will give sites I'll  EDIT  /consolidate them on this post.  Andrea seems to only be a real rain maker but weather guessers are often wrong.  If the track changes 25 miles a  complety  different damage pattern will evolve..

So separate VRE, MARC, SEPTA, Lindenwold, NJT ( a biggie ), PATH, NYC subway, LIRR, MNRR, SLE, MBTA, Downeaster, and of course Amtrak..  I will post them here.  All preps will probably dribble in.
