1897 streetcar formerly displayed in Montgomery, AL?

I'm trying to discover the current location of an 1897 Montgomery, AL, streetcar that used to be displayed in that city across from the train station.

The streetcar was purchased from a scrap dealer in 1936 by Audry Watson, who retired from the L&N after 50 years of service. In 1970, his widow donated the unrestored car to the city, who had it restored and for many years it was displayed (I am told) across the street from the Montgomery train station.

In roughly 2005, a new hotel was built on the site where the streetcar had been but the Watson family does not know what became of the streetcar itself.

Does anyone know what became of this 1897 Montgomery streetcar? Or its current location?
