How did East Side Access tunnel project do during Sandy?

the answer may be whether the flood gates for these new tunnels were installed and operative as soon as possible ss construction has progressed ?

Well, based on the lack of responses, I guess it did okay, then!!

How did the East Side Access tunnel project do during Sandy? I have seen no media reports about this huge project to connect LIRR to Grand Central Terminal.
