1.  DC  WMATA --  taking 5000 series cars  ( same series that was involved in rear end collision )  due to mechanical problems.

2. DC WMATA   ---   Appears that they are taking very seriously any mechanical / software failures now. Car had brake rigging problem so entire fleet inspected and suspect parts replaced.
