Found out Dart is experiencing rolling blackouts due to the excessive heat in Texas. This is causing the delays and fewer trains leaving the barns.

Info:  Texas is not on the national grid due to its power being slightly off phase angle with the rest of the country. So since the whole state is overly hot the utilities in Texas are not able to buy power from the rest of the country. Independence gone too far??
