Currently Kansas City is pursuing commuter rail for the entire metro. What is the likeyhood of them recieving the federal money to make this happen & what are your views of the plan?

It makes a lot more sense than Chastain's light rail plans. I'd really like to see the old RI right-of-way reborn, and make more use of the KCS line running east. But the price tag is really off the charts.
