That's something I might have pulled if they had "flash mobs" in the 70s or 80s. There's worse things that "kids" could do.

People have lost an important skill.  We have forgotten how to play.

The ever increasing paranoia that governs our society causes us to see people just having fun in a group as some kind of a threat.  We prefer to see people just quietly complying with the norm.

Sometimes everyone should just blow some bubbles and laugh.
