It's about time, too.

As much as would like to see trains return to the line north of Kenosha, the reality is that very few people would ride it; certainly no where the number needed in order to justify the cost.

I just saw in the news that the state assembly and senate in Wisconsin have passed the new budget which, unfortunately, gets rid of the Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee commuter line?
