Many gleeful news reports on this topic -- they're up to 5 recent accidents, the latest being a trolley running into a historic home:

Sounds as if a 'Safety Culture' is not in place on SEPTA

Note that it was a trolley bus.  It may had enough momentum to jump the curb and hit the house after it de-wired.
The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

This one was a streetcar.
