There was a minor accident in the BNSF 31st Denver yard at 09:30 this morning. The report from the jointlinerailfanning forum stated that five auto racks derailed on an outbound train. All cars were upright. Sounds like a truck on each car slipped off the rails. Will BNSF just rerail the cars and send them on their way and worry about any damage latter, which I think they would do. Or would they pull the cars and inspect the cargo for damage once the cars are rerailed?
Without pictures it is impossible to form an accurate opinion.
