International membership looks like $60 U.S. Dollars to me.
If you want your answers, the correct drawings are there.

BigJim... I would suggest that you join the N&W Historical Society and post your questions there.
Here is the page to start doing that.
Under these circumstances, I doubt that mailed copies of 'The Arrow' would be nearly as important as directed access to the Archives, so I would recommend making the appropriate e-mail request(s) from the list at https://www.nwhs.org/contacts.php for a sustaining membership without the magazine or additional foreign mailing charges... whatever that would fairly cost.
Note what a good article, or even series of articles, Eugen's development efforts might produce ...
Eugen,As I have mentioned to you and others in your group on Facebook, I would suggest that you join the N&W Historical Society and post your questions there.
Greetings,
I am building a 3D model of the Y3/Y3a locomotive using previously purchased drawings. In the near future I plan to purchase some more drawings. By this time I would like to decide which drawings I really need. And what a locomotive I will build. Which is why I need your help:
1. I would like to use the "Frame Crosstie, Main Boiler Bearing Support and Guide Yoke Bracket" # J30817. Which "Frame LP Engine" should i use? I understand it will be exclusively #F27033?
# J30817 http://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=23736
#F27033 http://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=52669
2. I bought a drawing of "Frame Crosstie & Driver Brake Fulcrum. H.P. Eng" # C26956. Which "Frame HP Engine" should i use? #F27032 Is the perfect challenger (the right number of holes for fastening the part). However, this frame belongs exclusively to class Y4?
# C26956 http://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=34064
#F27032 http://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=52647
All the best,
Eugen
