Anybody know what happened to the charger locomotives on Lincoln Service trains (St. Louis - Chicago)? Haven't seen one for about a month. Hopefully they're getting PTC installed so we can FINALLY get to 110 mph.
Can't speak to the Charger part of the equation, but I just went to a presentation on the Chicago-St. Louis service at the AREMA conference next week, and 110-mph operation is not in sight. The current hope is for 90-mph operation in early 2019.
