Lack of an answer probably has to do with the relatively sparse population area in which WTNN operates. I live reasonably close, and travel that area on occasion, but I've never seen one of their trains when I happen upon their tracks. Their northern terminus is Fulton KY, a small town that has considerable CN action, but I've never seen any WTNN movements. I suppose they have a place in Fulton where they service their power, but I've never found it.
Most of these old IC spin-offs in the area, turned into short lines, don't have very frequent service. So railfanning them is difficult.
Cricketer, Cricketer,
I remember when there was a deep well of knowledge in the comments to cover the many things I didn't know.
Cricket, Cricket,
So I buy the July issue a little late and take a look at the geezerly GE's in Tennessee. A bunch of them are clearly in GB&W colors. Anyone know the history and why thery are in that scheme? It looks good but clearly is not the simplest paint.
