For jrbernier (and caldreamer):

This thread reminded me of a lower Cajon Pass (CA) shot I took on July 2, 2016 just above Verdemont.  BNSF 3838 was new and just gleaming.

That unit was listed on the first line of your roster info.

Photo downward (on the west slope) is to the right.

Or join a group like the Yahoo Group "LocoNotes" where you will find a firehose of up-to-date roster information on just about any road.

I am a fan of the BNSF and would like to knwo if any member of this forum hwould be willing to share any roster information (road numbers, serial numbers and dates built) for the BNSF ET44C4's that BNSF has been auiring.
