Yes. But they don't have flared radiators.

I think what you are describing is a Dash 8-40C, one of the ex-UP units, although with the little information you provided, I'm not sure.

don't know if it was a 4 or 6 axel I think 4 with a spartan cab. The horn was on the top of the long hood almost halfway along the top and the radiator grills were very large gull shape. I think it could be a GE unit from IC railway don't know. rambo1..
