A large part of K&O is also former ATSF -- from Kingman west to Pratt and also from Kingman and southwest.

In honor of Wichita State's Basketball team for their Missouri Valley Record season.. WATCO has painted their WAMX 4001 (nee: CNR SD40-2) to honor the WSU Men's Basketball team's 34-0 season.

Here is a linked photo to the #4001 previously:

 (in 2002) @ http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=3270909

Found another linked site that has a number of photos of the WAMX #4001 on a Facebook site @ https://www.facebook.com/WichitaStateUniversityAthletics/photos/a.10152298506383834.1073741827.74146548833/10152298508528834/?type=1&theater for The Shockers  Locomotive at a presentation (3-11-2014) in Wichita.

The K&O  ( to the West)  is a former UPRR line that runs  from Wichita to the Colorado line.

" GO SHOCKS!" Bow
