When did L75 start operating to Fostoria? In my experience it was a New Haven to Leipsic turn.

On a trip to Fostoria this past weekend, I caught NS L75 local crossing the diamonds after waiting on a pair of CSX trains to pass. The rebuilt Admiral Cab SD40-2 was giving all it had trying to get up to track speed:
