Did you not just ask the same question in the past month?  What you are talking about is the marine and stationary power plant  versions of the GEVO diesel.  GE's basic V12 GEVO for rail use has a good reputation.  The only issue in the past year that I am aware of is the turbocharger failures that were covered by warranty.  As far as actual 'ease of working' on them - Maybe a railroad diesel shop person can respond.

HOW ARE THE BASIC ENGINES TO WORK ON & DO THEY STAND UP OK. I WOULD LIKE TO  HEAR FROM SOMEBODY WHO HAS TO WORK ON THEM.
