If using Internet Explorer browser, you need to click on the 'compatibility' button. Look under 'tools' - 'compatibility view', or look for the 'torn page' on the top of your browser....

As often as this question comes up you would think that the webmaster would address it.
At the right end of the address bar, click the icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. Click it only once. That will make IE emulate the older version for any site that has not been updated to the newer standard.
