My response is a total guess to your question as I don't understand it.  I think from the number you are asking about a Lionel  engine.  If you are you have posted on the wrong forum.  This one is about real locomotives not models.  I suggest you repost on the Classic Toy Trains board if it is about a Lionel engine.

2020 restoration help
Posted by bigfrank99 on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 4:20 PM

This is my first post on any train forum.  Please bear with me as I am  rookie.  I do love my 2020 that has been in the family for years and is running pretty good. I have broken down my 2020 to the frame and drive wheels.  I have been reading about pulling or not pulling drive wheels without the right tools.  I wanted to replace the bushings wheels are in pretty good shape.  Where would you suggest I send it to to have this work done?
