I just started this account on photobucket and I will be putting a lot more pictures up.  We have a vast variety of pics from a lot of RRs.    It is funny becuse those two pictures of the Conrail engines patched for NS were taken just a few hours before I put them on here.  We were driving down to the TORC and Toledo Coal Docs and decided to cut through the "hood"  a very bad area  by where me and my wife grew up.  The area is not a place U want to go on a nice day. The only reason we got lucky was pure luck!  Right behind this location is the projects, very bad crime projects and as soon as we took the pictures we had to take off as two gang members approaced us.  I have a picture of the engineer ducking as he saw me raise up my camera!  he did smile and wave once he realized I was just a rail fan.  NS uses Conrail power a lot on "outbound" frieght here on the weekends?  Not sure why but mostly SD40-2s.  I aslo caught a CSX Conrail "patched" SD50 if anyone wants me to post it. She was on a stone train at the docs.   Conrail is very rare on CSX up here but they seem to appear more in the winter months?  Those pics I had to get from a bridge becuse of security wont allow anyone near CSX and the Oregon police are less than friendly.  Also BP security will even approach you if they see you taking pics from a public road.  Of course the last time BP security ask'd me what I was doing taking pictures from a public road I told the guy to take off.  He let it go after I told him my dad at the time was Union Rep for CSX and a CSX engineer and uncles work for CSX.  That was one of three seperate deals we had to deal with in Oregon.   God Bless All
