BNSF leasing it's locomotives?
Posted by Norfolksouthern17 on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 9:25 PM

Hi all, while looking on the Sterling Rail site I noticed this, http://www.sterlingrail.com/classifieds/classified.php?id=1120 normally if the picture accompaning the ad is just used as an example it will say that the photo is representative, I don't know if this is actually BNSF or some company using a picture of a BNSF locomotive. Anybody have any thoughts.

Appears that the locomotive picture on the page is just there for 'window dressing'.  Click on the 'Locomotives' link and it will display all the various locomotives the company does have for sale.  They run the gamut from GE 44 tonners to various road locomotives of several generations.

Never too old to have a happy childhood!
