Probably one of the units that had the faulty turbo.

Get ready to see way more things like this in EMD and GE with Tier 3 coming on.  DPF's will make paint jobs require Boiler Jackets under the hood to keep the colors on the Locomotives.

Looks like BNSF #6163 had a blown turbo judging by what appears to be fire damage. This ES44AC's only over 3 years old and already needs a new paint job.
