I am new to this and need an explanation of motor types and drive wheel combination applications. Such as for pulling cars up 4% grades. Please recommend best drive units for diesel and steam locos. In addition, I am presently using a standard dc transformer. Is this sufficient? I am only running one train, and I know my loco is old and not strong. - Thank you for any and all information - Charles
