Plenty actually, but there are many choices, and a given model of locomotive will likely have several different horns, depending on which railroad it was purchased by and/or runs on now.

No matter what horn was on it when built, when a horn fails the shop will grab what ever they have laying around that works. Within the CP/Soo/D&H GP38-2 fleet I would expect 4 or 5 different horns to be in use. Since that is a Soo Line locomotive, I will take a guess that it is a K5 horn with at least two bells reversed.
It kinda looks like a Nathan P3, but I could be wrong. Would be a little easier if a sound recording of that engine was available.
