  SD70 MACS can be used on any train really. Mostly they run on coal and ore trains. I have had one on a grain train.

 Out of Galesburg we would send extra coal motors back to Lincoln Ne on the GALLIN.We would get a glut of them off DP trains as no one we delivered to in Chicago ran DP.

  You wont see them on locals of course but anything else is pretty much fair game.

Yes we are on time but this is yesterdays train

I am into model railroading and I would like some information from you folks. I have two of these units in HO scale in the swoosh scheme.   Does BNSF only use these units to pull unit coal trains?
