SCFE Locomotive Roster

I am writing a history od SCFX. In the current edition (September 2009) of Trains Magazine, the article directs us to a pdf file listing the current roster. I am curious as to why the EMD GP11 numbers 9027 to 9032 were not summarized on the roster. They still appear to be running.
