EMD Builder's Plate

 I was given an EMD builder's plate (I think) for a ''type 0-6-6-0."  Would that be an SD loco?

I have one from a GP38-2 that a friend got me for a gift, would post a picture but don't have the capability.

 With the build date stamped on the plate (4-71) and RWM's info., I found the plate is off of Missouri Pacific's SD 40 number 789.
