I paused the video at the video at 43 seconds. That looks like a narrow gauge line of 3' 6". The locomotives look huge on those rails.

All of the Brazilian meter-gauge railroads have gotten more interesting. ALL, FCA and EFVM all operate a mix of export designs and re-gauged North American designs. ALL and FCA are both to be noted for operating both types together, such as BB40-T2's and G16's in the same lash-up.
In Brazil's case, without counting with the EF Carajás wich is 1435mm standard gauge (with brand new SD70s in service), the rest of the network has basically 2 gauges, metre gauge, or broad - 1600mm gauge. That means that there are SDs (and also C307-As from various heritages) regauged for those 2 gauges. ALL is a curious case, because it has former north american engines with both gauges. But also metre gauge GE units exported from Zambia. There are also some Dash-9s bough new. MRS, wich is exclusively broad gaugge, is buying new C44Emis with some units built be GE in Erie, and others built locally. Before those, some C38s were recieved. Here are some videos of these units

Next 3 videos show what could be a sort of Sand Patch. It is Sera do Mar pass, where normally heavy ore and general trains trundle the though - 1,8 % grades - carrying the precious goods for the export market. Although no having much SDs (it's mostly C30-7s, with some still showing their Mexican and Conrail heritage), I believe it's worth seeing, since the grade assault implies real hard work for both men and machines. and that is especcilay audible. Some trains have to use helpers, wich are not coupled.
Another oddity apperaing are some sort of SD40-T3s (wihth extra 'dumbo ears' addded). I believe it's a system used to help in the ventilation of radiatotrs in tunnels, just like in the original Tunnel Motors.
Aso the gosts of the ancient 3 KV DC Milwaukee Rd style electrification is visible (there were some EP4 based electrics on the line).
In terms of signaling, it's double track CTC.
