OKAY, what about this one, has anyone seen any phase 5 p42s with the red over blue stripe on the bottom?

I'm pretty sure all have been painted into Phase V "Shamu" at this point. I personally haven't seen any active phase III or IV "Genesis" locos in the last 4 years.

There are possibly a few still in phase III or IV at Beech Grove, too damaged to be repaired and likely sitting around awaiting insurance/legal/investigation purposes.
