There's a strong possibility that this color scheme doesn't exist at all. Just a couple of years ago someone photoshopped a UP AC4400CW in this same exact manner, except for a red frame stripe instead of yellow. It was a wedge shot. It got lots of hits on RRpicturearchives or Railpictures.net or something. Not gonna put money on it, but I think it's a hoax.

Sometimes new locos are sent from the builder to the owner in primer.I think that the markings are required by regulations. ??
I was wondering about the color of the locomotive. It's this was a tradition? I never seen this color before...
