It this a special edition locomotive or just plain someone been a smart ***. Who knows it may be the new trends of locomotives.

Somebody definitely took a varity of stencils of bird and animal silhouettes and painted them in various locations / attitudes with white paint. Note the deer below the number on the side of the cab.
