class 3: not a fan of any. they dont have any 6-axle power 

And our regional railroad the Central Oregon and Pacific has a couple old SP tunnel motors.  Not bad for 6 axle power

yeah that's a regional, not a shortline. they're too small to require the need for 6-axle power
