MSU Locomotive, what is it?

Hi all, have one i hope some body can help me with, we where at the model train show in Lansing, MI. not to long ago and came across a gentleman selling photos of differnt locomotives and box cars and he had a picture of what is i believe a switching diesel engine painted in green and white and with the MSU logo and Sparty on it, does any one know of this locomotive? i think it is a G.E 44 tonner? or G44? is this correct and does any one make a scale model of that type in either N-scale or HO? thanks for any help.
